Source review
We assess your references, audience, formats and deadline, then confirm a source tier and fixed scope.
The process
You do not need a production brief or a long meeting. Start with the material you already have.
We assess your references, audience, formats and deadline, then confirm a source tier and fixed scope.
Accept the scope and agreement. A cleared 50% deposit reserves production.
Approve the exact design and source versions, permitted refinements and exclusions before production.
Approve the treatment, prepared stills, shot plan, sound direction and relevant layout or script.
Review the exact preview. Send one consolidated feedback list per round; two rounds within the locked direction are included.
Your named approver approves the exact final version in writing. Earlier approved stages reopen only through an agreed change request.
After final approval and cleared balance, receive the purchased files and usage notes.
Your quote confirms the production window after source review. Dates depend on complete assets, cleared deposit and timely milestone approvals.
Existing renders are the most direct starting point. Send original-resolution JPGs or PNGs with distinct views; around 4–8 strong images is a useful starting point for a 60-second film.
